Returns & Refunds

EASY RETURNS:

Our return policy is in effect for 30 days after product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.


To start a return,  Simply request a return shipping label from: sales@wkshoes.com

The request must contain your order #, The name on the order and The reason for the return.  The reason can be anything, we just need to know how to improve our service.

This information allows us to match it to your payment information.

You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email the same business day.

Use the supplied shipping label to return the article in the original packaging.

Include a note in the packing stating YOUR information and your REQUEST.

IE: refund, exchange, size change, and so forth.

That's it!!  It is that easy.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 1 business day.

Exchanges:

We accept size change requests.

Please be aware of the shipping times required to do the exchange.  We process your request within 2 business days of receiving the item to be exchanged, when possible, to give you the best turn around time from our end.  Standard 15 day manufacturing time will apply to exchanges.

Buyer pays shipping costs for returns.

WKshoes pays shipping costs for exchanges.

Cancellations:

An accepted paid for order, can NOT be cancelled. Customer Must Return the merchandise using the return method described for a full refund. 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
