Returns& Refunds

EASY RETURNS:


Our return policy is in effect for 30 days after product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.


To complete a return, Please Request a return shipping label from: sales@wkshoes.com

We will answer promptly with a prepaid shipping label.

The request must contain your order #, The name on the order and The reason for the return.  The reason can be anything, we just need to know how to improve our service.

That way we can match it to your payment information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Only request a return shipping label from sales@wkshoes.com

That's it!!  It is that easy.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 1 business day.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@wkshoes.com  and send your item to the address on the return shipping label that you receive.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
